　　中新网福州5月21日电 (记者 龙敏)福州市商务局局长林汉隽21日在福州透露，在现有航线基础上，进一步加密福州至马祖的“小三通”货运航线，给予航线运营企业一定补助，吸引两岸(或经台)电商货物从马祖中转。

　　在5月16日举办的第26届海峡两岸经贸交易会开幕式上，福州市发布了福(州)马(祖)“同城生活圈”先行先试首批10条政策措施，进一步推动福州与马祖产业合作，为马祖居民在榕入学、就业创业、资格认证、金融服务等方面提供更多便利和更大支持。

　　林汉隽说，福州与马祖两地交往密切，举办过多次福马磋商会，已经达成多项共识。在此基础上，出台系列先行先试政策，持续推动福州与马祖贸易往来。

　　福州每年安排4000万元，推出一系列政策支持福州与马祖深化贸易往来。林汉隽说，在现有航线基础上，进一步加密福州至马祖的“小三通”货运航线，给予航线运营企业一定补助，吸引两岸(或经台)电商货物从马祖中转；推动海关监管场所加强对两岸电商的服务，对符合条件的监管场所给予分档奖励，助力两岸电商业务做大做强；支持福州企业在马祖设立中转仓，对达到标准的中转仓给予建设补助；鼓励企业注册在福马产业园并开展两岸贸易往来业务，支持企业在马祖清关并对清关费用给予扶持，鼓励做大业务规模。

　　林汉隽还介绍，鼓励支持马祖地区企业及在福州登记注册的台资企业申报“福州老字号”，上述企业在台湾地区经营时间可纳入品牌字号创立年限的计算范围。马祖地区企业可直接向福州市商务局申报。其他台资企业可向注册地所在县(市、区)商务主管部门申报。认定为福州老字号的马祖企业，符合条件的将优先推荐申报“福建老字号”和“中华老字号”。

　　福州还将市级促商贸行业增长系列政策的区域范围扩展至福马“同城生活圈”先行先试区。林汉隽指出，区内的商贸企业也可享受市级促商贸行业增长相关政策。(完)
